By accessing or using SyncMyResume ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SyncMyResume provides AI-powered resume optimization. Users can upload resumes, receive AI-generated suggestions, and download optimized versions. The Service operates on a credit-based system.
3. Accounts & Registration
You must create an account and verify your email to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Credits & Payments
- New users receive 1 free credit upon email verification.
- Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing page.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent credit limitations, using automated tools to access the Service, or uploading malicious content.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your resume content. The AI-generated suggestions and optimizations are provided for your personal use. The Service's design, code, and branding remain the property of SyncMyResume.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will result in job interviews or employment. Resume optimization is a tool to assist you, not a guarantee of outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
SyncMyResume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
