Third-Party AI Processing & Data Sharing
To provide our core resume optimization services, SyncMyResume utilizes secure, third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). When you submit your professional history or resume data, this specific text is securely transmitted to our AI infrastructure partners strictly for the purpose of generating your optimized document. We only partner with enterprise-grade AI providers who comply with strict data privacy standards (such as SOC-2). Our AI partners act exclusively as data processors; they do not retain your data beyond the immediate generation request, and they strictly do not use your personal information or resume content to train, improve, or fine-tune their public AI models.
Data Retention Policy
We retain your personal data, including your generated resume text, in our secure database only for as long as you maintain an active account with us. This allows you to log in, edit, and re-download your optimized documents at any time. If you choose to delete your account, or if you request deletion under CCPA/GDPR guidelines, all associated resume data and personal identifiers are permanently purged from our active databases.
Cookies and Third-Party Tracking
SyncMyResume uses essential cookies to keep you logged into your account securely. Additionally, we use secure third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to handle subscription billing. These third-party processors may use their own cookies and tracking technologies to facilitate secure transactions and prevent fraud. By using our service, you consent to the use of these essential operational cookies.
